The purpose of Sustainable Wellth is to create sustainable long-term habits. This is not a 30 or 75-day "challenge" with a designated start and end date. This is a continuous self-improvement project, designed to sustain life-long wellthy habits.
The Sustainable Wellth System

01 - Nutrition
Our nutrition philosophy focuses on whole, real foods that are minimally processed. While we take a balanced, omnivore approach, SWS also supports vegan, vegetarian, and carnivore regimens. Wherever you fall on the spectrum, the foundation should be rooted in whole, real foods, ideally organic (depending on resources and budget). No ultra-processed foods, artificial sweeteners or dyes, or seed oils.

02
Movement
SWS wants you to get in 60 minutes of intentional movement per day. This can be everything from an intense 60-minute workout to four 15-minute walks. Intentional meaning the purpose in those 60 minutes is the activity itself (so housework or gardening for example, doesn't count). Each day has different demands, so while we all want to set aside a full hour or more for exercise, some days, it's two long walks.

03
Light
Our "light diet" has a profound effect on our nervous system, our sleep, our eyesight, even our nutrition. Natural light and red light need to be a part of our every day. You can get red light from morning and evening sun. The light requirement for SWS is 20 minutes sunlight (not through a window, no sunglasses or sunscreen) OR red light therapy per day.

Learning
The Mental Wellth aspect of the SWS - always be learning. Download our tracker and write down one thing you learned each day. Part 2 of Mental Wellth is reading one book per week.
